This project designs a waterproof version of the Nike Vomero Plus adapted for trail use, keeping its cushioning, comfort, and ride while improving performance in wet conditions. The design uses scale inspired layering and water resistant materials to shed water without losing breathability. It focuses on grip on uneven and slick terrain, stable movement, and a durable upper, with a look influenced by the texture and motion of snakes.
